Beautiful apartment in middle of Split old town. Very nice decoration and well equipped. It’s very clean and well maintained. There is everything we needed for our stay. The location is just great. Everything is in walking distance. There are lots of restaurants and shops around. Jerko is very friendly and helpful. He was always answering our questions and even organized airport transportation for us. A warming welcome package with sandwiches, cookies, fruits, water etc. made us felt being at home. We would definitely recommend Jerko’s apartment to friends and families.

The elevator didn’t go to the floor of the apartment. One of the reasons why we booked this place was because it has an elevator for my elderly parents and luggages. The apartment is on the second floor. Unsure if it was a last minute breakdown but the elevator goes to the ground, first, third and fourth floor, just not the second. It’s frustrating because we are international travellers with 3x 20kg luggages. Hoping the owner will get this checked out soon. The apartment is beautiful, very spacious and very clean! Perfect for 3-4 pax. It is well equipped and located in the heart of the old town. If you’re driving, you’ll need to walk 3-4mins from Park Dardin, and climb up and down a couple of short flights of stairs (unsure if another route without steps exists). The water heater isn’t working well too - the hot water is only sufficient for one person (10mins shower) then you’ll have to wait quite awhile before the next person can shower.

This apartment had everything we needed for our stay. It was very comfortable, quiet, and in a great location.
