It was a very nice place and location. 3/4 mins walk from the station (Jubilee) but look out for it as it’s not that obvious Beautiful view from the balcony and cozy flat. The only small issue we had was with the room temperature. The living room won’t go above 20 degrees and during our stay the outside weather was around 1 or -1 degrees, so we would really love to have the living room a bit more warmer. The en-suite bedroom wasn’t going above 21-21.3 degrees either. So if you are a cold person just make sure you always leave the heating on and maybe the doors opened so the hot air can go in all rooms.

The customer service is unresponsive, failing to reply to messages promptly. Contacting someone is challenging, and the cleanliness of the bathrooms was subpar, hair everywhere and used tissues throughout the apartment. Despite filtering for apartments with gyms during my search, the promised gym access was denied upon arrival. The concierge was rude, stating Airbnb guests couldn’t use the gym. Attempts to address this with “Under the Doormat” were futile; they responded two days later, offering no gym recommendations. Changing my checkout date proved difficult due to sudden rule changes. Overall, the accommodation was terrible, and I strongly discourage staying in any Airbnbs from this company. Emergency responses are lacking, advertisements are misleading, and the concierge is discourteous.

Upon entering the apartment, I immediately noticed that it was extremely dirty. There was an abundance of dust and hairballs all over the place. The kitchen table and chairs were covered in dried food and coffee stains, which was extremely disgusting. The bathroom and shower area had mold, and there was water damage on the ceiling. It was unbelievable that I had paid a significant amount of money for such a filthy place. I felt like I had fallen victim to a scam. Overall, my experience with this apartment was incredibly disappointing. The false promises of luxury and cleanliness, coupled with the lack of assistance from Airbnb, made it a nightmare start to our trip. I highly advise others to avoid this place and exercise caution when booking through Airbnb.

We loved our stay! The communication with UTheD was seamless and efficient and check-in was very friendly and professional. Everything after that was impeccable. It’s a lovely, very well-maintained apartment in a top-notch building. Everything, from WiFi and TV to white and other kitchen appliances, worked perfectly. Would highly recommend it.
