Thanks for the treats and welcome pack, plus Christmas tree. It would be nice to see the garden area free of litter etc We expect to leave house clean and tidy, so a cleaning charge was a bit of a surprise, as the ' Henry' vac was not on best form Nice warm house.. kept us all busy with washing up as no dishwashing machine ! Advice to future guests; if you cook a lot for plenty of guests, we are glad we brought extra pots n pans from home. We were all pleased to have the parkland available on foot nearby. All in All a good experience for our family.

Had a large group booking at this venue. Had to find it last minute due to our previous accommodation cancelling on us. Was very quick and easy to book this venue. It looks as if the place has been converted into accommodation and there were plenty of beds available. Multiple showers and toilets was also helpful for a large group. Bedrooms and living space area was clean. Bathrooms were mostly clean but a couple windows appeared to be cracked so it was a bit breezy. The outside garden space seems to have been used by people to throw rubbish in which is a shame but we spent most of our time in the city centre. It was more expensive then our first venue and was further away from the city centre in addition to the previous one looking newer. However, the cost may have been due to the last minute nature of the booking. I would definitely look at staying here again if I was back up in Manchester as the hosts were quick to reply, good sized venue, short ride into town and has parking.

place was exactly as it was described and shown on photo , loads of space for our party , living room and dinning had a great amount of space, shop located a few minutes around the corner and was a easy Uber to any location. check in and communication was simple and easy. I'd defo stay again if I returned to Manchester
