Notre arrivee a été facilitée par des instructions très claires, en toute autonomie mais avec la proposition de nos hôtes de nous accueillir eux mêmes, attention appréciée même si nous n'y avons pas eu recours. l'appartement est très bien agencé et en y entrant nous avons tous lâché un "wow" devant la superbe vue sur le lac et les alpes au loin. La residence est a 800 metres du centre, a pied c'est un regal d'aller chercher les.croissants le matin... ideal pour séjourner sur le lac ou alors comme nous l'avons fait, pour partir en excursion a la journée en Suisse, a 1h à peine de Genève. Bref nous sommes ravis, merci la famille Courtin !

The apartment has a wonderful balcony where you can see a beautiful view of Lake Annecy and the surrounding mountains. There was a stunning view out of most windows in the apartment! I hiked the mountain range directly behind the apartment and there were stunning views of the lake, snow-capped mountains, and towns below. The amenities of the apartment were great and the host is very helpful, answering any questions. The area is very safe with people walking, running, or driving through.

The cosy apartmwnt of Virginie was our home for 4 nights. What we enjoyed most: -the great view on the lake Annecy-straight from the main living room - pastel light mint colours of the decoration -practical arrangement of the appartment -comfortable beds Go to the right (when exiting the parking place in front of the house)- after 500m a mini-market Casino comes. You can buy also fresh baguette there. Great pizza in Verier du Lac in "La Station des sins". You can buy puzza and eat it at the small beach in Veruer sur Lac(400m from the appartment). Renting bikes in ADRENALINE.5min drive (or 30min walk) from appartement. All in all- a peaceful, beautiful place.
