The Martin house is a perfect getaway for small town festivities. The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The downstairs bedrooms have queen beds, the upstairs bedrooms have a king or 2 twin beds. The sofa also makes a full bed. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and there is a Weber gas grill on the back patio. The garage has a pool table, tv, comfy seating. The spacious 4 acre outdoor area has a fire pit and picnic table. The rooms are cozy and the outside resembles a park. The living room has comfortable seating and large tv. The screened in side porch is very nice for coffee or watching the bird feeders. The colors are neutral and most furniture and beds are new.

This is my second stay at the martin house and Linda was a Wonderful host. home is always clean and wonderfully furnished, with noticable improvements to the home between visits. easy to access and close to all desired travel locations

Lovely home, beautifully equipped with outdoor spaces also. Kitchen was fully supplied with all kinds of equipment. Plenty of room my family to spread out as well.
This house was so cute and beautifully decorated with paintings and crafts made by local artists. It was the perfect fit for my family’s stay.
We had a wonderful weekend at The Martin House! Everyone had a great time playing pool and hanging out in the extra garage space. Would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Small town neighborhood, 1/2 mile to downtown so the bicycles in the garage are handy. Close to 4 state parks, town park, 2 lakes, 5 eateries, and many antique stores.
Walking distance to town square, bicycles included. CVS and eateries walking distance with plenty of room to feel like you are in a park.
