I gave a 4 but my real rating is a 3.7, this place has the potential to be a 5. The unit is separate from the house but I will never do a shared property space again. I was startled more than once from a ball being throwing against the unit in the morning time. It's listed as no cameras on the property, when there are cameras on her house with 1 pointed in the direction of the unit. One main reason I booked this airbnb was someone said it was great for working remotely, it was not. The wifi was very unstable & slow; I reached out a couple times about it & no assistance was given. The air conditioner was on when we arrived and had a terrible smell to it, once I turned it off & let some fresh air in, it was fine. I highly recommend changing the air filter and cleaning it. There were no towel racks anywhere in the unit, we had to use hangers to hang our towels. Upon arriving the computer chair was broke, Aida did provide me with another chair. Besides that, the unit was fine!

Aida was an excellent host. She was available as needed while giving us privacy. We would stay with her again!
