What a fabulous place! We spent 3.5 weeks here ( nearly all of April) it is so restful and peaceful with views of the sea, beach and sound of ocean and Mountain View’s from both balconies. Juan Carlos is a fantastic host, great local recommendations and always available - he even collected us from the airport and took us to local grocery store! The local bakery 2 mins walk has fantastic bread, coffees and pastries and the L3 tram is 5 min walk. The apartment is very spacious, well finished and good WiFi. Also everything you could want in kitchen and bathroom. It really is one of the best AirBNBs we have stayed, great value and I would stay again in an instant.

The apartment was everything we could hope for, in a peaceful location with a wonderful beach and beautiful sea views. It is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided, including great kitchen facilities, washing machine, an iron etc. There are two big balconies and the sun shines in various parts of the apartment throughout the day. The apartment is on the fourth floor, access by stairs only, which was not a problem for us. Juan Carlos was a wonderful host, very friendly, flexible and accommodating. The hammock in the living room was a bonus!

The apartment is very well-equipped and has everything you might need for a holiday, and even more! In the kitchen you can find all the basics that you rarely see in other airbnbs, including salt, pepper, oil, tea, paper towels, etc. The place was very clean and the furniture and bed were comfortable. The biggest advantage of the flat is the living room and terrace that open on some amazing views of the sea where you can admire the sunrise every day, or just chill on the balcony with a book and a cup of tea. Its just magical! In February, the area was very quiet and peaceful. Juan Carlos is extremely nice, friendly and responsive. He was flexible about my check-in time, offered to pick me up from the airport and provided good local recommendations. I would definitely return to Juan Carlos’ apartment again!
