We have really enjoyed this idyllic place in the middle of the Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes countryside: staff are friendly and helpful, the complex is of high standards yet maintaining its unique style and connection with nature, the garden area is beautiful, well maintained and very relaxing with a variety of egg-chairs and other seating space/tables. The pool was our girls’ favorite (heated also in summer) and there’s plenty of other activities to chose from. We slept in the Glamping tent as the tree-house wasn’t available and we were happy with our choice: comfy beds, nice TV and big fields to run around for the kids. Buffet breakfast was delicious and varied. We haven’t tried the restaurant as it was full both nights (perhaps book in advance), but the lovely town of Morestel is only 5’ by car and there are nice options there too. Overall a very positive and relaxing experience. I thoroughly suggest Domaine de Suzel!
