The flat is small but enough for one person. I stayed there for 3 months and felt comfortable. During my stay, there was one plumbing issue which the agency solved without problems. Overall I have to say that my contact person at the agency was really responsive and friendly which was really helpful, especially as a foreigner. Belleville is really nice, metro, supermarkets, etc are close by. Value for money is basically the only thing I would criticize; it's an old flat with little space and old furniture; everything works but it's just not worth the price I paid for it. However, I guess that's a general problem in Paris. Otherwise, all good

Really enjoyed my stay, kitchen was just a little small however I was staying for 6 weeks. For slightly shorter amount of time the appartment is lovely.

I stayed here for about 2 months, so this might be a bit long but I have a lot to share! The place was great for my needs. The wifi was quick and able to handle remote work, zoom calls, streaming, it all. The kitchen has a microwave, toaster oven, and electric stove as well as cups, mugs, plates, utensils. I was able to do a decent amount with it, but it’s definitely not the kind of place where you’ll be cooking elaborate meals. The unit was on the first floor which I was told was better for the summer heat but it definitely still got quite hot in the apartment so be prepared if you’re visiting Paris in the summer like me because AC just isn’t a common thing anywhere. The desk was a bit small so I mostly ended up using my laptop in bed but it was good enough for eating meals. The closet was huge & spacious. I could not fill it with the clothes I brought for my stay. And I really appreciated the full length mirror! The bed didn’t have the fanciest, cushiest mattress, especially since it folds since the bed extends, but it also didn’t feel hard and I had no issues with comfort. I also like that the bed can adjust size so if you like to sprawl when you sleep, you can make it bigger or if you’re traveling with a partner it got big enough for two. However, having it open does make it hard to then open the closet door completely. The only qualm I had with the unit was that the plumbing in the building seems to be old and weird and sometimes the kitchen sink would just gurgle out of nowhere and sometimes it’d make a weird odor. Outside of the apartment, the location was great. Not near all the crowded touristy spots but not far and inaccessible either. There is also a great fruit and veggie market, boulangeries, the Buttes Chaumont park (which I think it the nicest park in Paris), plenty of bistros, restaurants, two metro stops, and frankly anything you might need all within maybe a 5-7 minute walk of the place. There’s also a scooter parking space right across the street! Super convenient if you’re into those. The host was super communicative during check in & check out and available/ easily accessible if anything came up with the place during my stay. Overall, I would definitely consider staying here again.
