SkyLoft Studio 3 This loft is located on the second floor of the complex. It hosts a magnificent view of The Historic Swain County Courthouse with a mountain backdrop. The space has a fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances, living/dining space with a cafe table and chairs, shower/tub combination shower, a brand new King bed, and 55" smart TV. There is also a twin blow up mattress for a third guest. Guests have access to the entire SkyLoft property. There is a fire pit, gas grill, outdoor dining, corn-hole, fooseball, shuffleboard, and a pool table in the courtyard for all guests to use.All guests of the SkyLofts will receive a discount for tube rentals at Deep Creek Lodge Creekside Tubing, deepcreeklodgetubing, more information upon booking. Pet Policy We must know in advance if you are bringing a pet. This cabin is pet friendly with a $75 non-refundable fee (First pet $75, $45 for additional pet. 2 pet maximum) Dogs only! We allow more than two pets only on a case-by-case basis. By bringing a pet, you agree to the terms of our complete Pet Agreement, which provides very specific rules for pets including: no pets on furniture (including beds and sofas), unattended pets in the cabin must be crated, and many other strict requirements. If we find evidence of pets on furniture, you will be charged $200. If we find evidence of pets damaging the property, including using the bathroom in unit, you will be charged $300. The Pet Agreement also provides that pets brought without advance notice will be charged $250 plus the normal pet fee. Pets brought to cabins that do NOT allow pets can result in immediate eviction with forfeiture of remaining paid stay.
