Fabulous spot to sit on terrace and watch the sun go down. 4.8 km to downtown, 60 min to walk, 8 min to drive. Opposite direction is Mission Bay, 2 km. 30 min walk which is very nice in the evenings. 24 restaurants and cafes for every pallet. Kelly Tarlton's Aquarium is just over the road. Kelly invented the tunnel that you see in Aquariums all around the world. You will love to see the 130 penquins.

A bus goes past our gate every 10 to 15 minutes to downtown. (during the day). 30 minutes at night. Then only a walk across the road to the harbor and the ferries. For people arriving at the airport and needing transport to our B&B we highly recommend Kathy. www.kathyshuttle.co.nz
