The hidden gem of Chapel Porth beach is within walking distance for the active where the reward of a famous ‘hedgehog’ ice cream awaits. Open plan accommodation, comfortably sleeping 4 people. The main living area has a well equipped ‘free standing’ kitchen including a double fridge freezer, a Rangemaster double electric oven and five ring gas hob and microwave oven. A small step down from the kitchen, the dining area has a table and 4 chairs with the lounge having a large L shaped sofa in front the log burner. The smart TV will give you access to Netflix and BT Sport. The bi-fold doors open fully to create an outside in feeling. The spacious master bedroom has a King size bed, en-suite bathroom and French doors that open on to the garden. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and is situated next to the family bathroom which has an electric shower over a full size bath. The utility room contains a washing machine, tumble dryer and ceiling mounted clothes rail, perfect for drying beachwear or storage of walking boots etc. The large (100 square metre) walled garden has recently been refurbished and laid mostly to gravel and paved areas with raised flower beds and pots. The seating area will provide a rattan outdoor sofa and coffee table, with a further table and chairs next to the barbecue. The garden is well lit for the evening with plenty of blankets provided if it’s chilly.
