Clean place, nice apartment with fair distribution. Nice pools and surroundings. However I wouldn’t recommend this place or even the building during holidays. It was totally crowded, lot of people all over the place, even the check in the lobby took more than 30 min of waiting. To get an spot at the private beach chairs/umbrella you needed to reserve at 6am (first come first serve). Please note that beyond the building the beach is public and gets a lot of local visitors during weekend and holidays. So even getting chairs or umbrellas directly at the beach was complicated. The windows are not sound proofed, so you can expect a lot of noise even a from a simple conversation on near balcony The apartment didn’t have any basics beyond hand dish soap, salt and 1 toilet paper per bath, it cost almost nothing for the owner but it makes a huge difference for the user to have basic supplies when you arrive to a vacation home.

El apartamento muy fresco y bien ubicado, el lugar es tranquilo y fácil de coger transporte. Playa muy limpia y piscinas muy agradables. El apto esta a 5 minutos en carro de un mall muy completo y de supermercados. El apto estaba muy limpio y tal como mostraba el anuncio. La comunicación con Martha fue muy buena. Lo súper recomiendo.

A manera de sugerencia mejorar los utensilios de cocina , suministrar por lo menos un par de bolsas de basura y algo para limpiar , no hay ni un solo ventilador lo cual nos obliga a usar solo el aire acondicionado, tampoco hay secadora las toallas y ropa de playa aveces no se secaban del todo , son cosas sencillas que pueden hacer mas agradable la estadia .
