Big house great for a big group. Very clean and had all the essentials. Very close to warrior trails.

House was spacious and comfortable. Having the double fridges helps with a large group and plenty of beds for everyone. We brought 4 side by sides and had plenty of room to park them and the vehicles. Easy access to trails and permit provider.

Great place to stay for our group of ten adults who visited the area for a week to ride the Hatfield McCoy trails. We had plenty of space for everyone! Lots of bedrooms with comfy beds and good bedding. It was awesome having four showers to use after a long day of riding, and there were plenty of clean towels for everyone. Even with ten of us looking to shower, we never noticed a hot water problem. Front porch was cozy for just sitting and chatting in the evenings. There was a fire pit, but we never used it. Lots of parking for our five trucks and trailers. House had a/c, so cool and comfortable during our summer time stay. We would definitely stay here again for any future trips to the area.
