I'm not sure there are enough words in the world to describe Mermaid Manor. It is simply amazing, beautiful, unique, perfectly decorated. And if the inside doesn't impress you (but I'm sure it will), the multiple decks and views will wow you. Shannon is very friendly and hospitable, clearly wants to provide everything you could possibly desire. Peaceful neighborhood. It's about 20 min from the main strip of Seawall Blvd but you really don't mind that at all, and it lends to the peaceful, private feeling. The spiral staircases are too cool. I felt like I was going up to my turret suite each night. Loved it. Do note, though, that the decks do not provide access to the yard or beach. You come back down the stairs and out the main door. Not a problem at all for us. Loved being able to pull under the house to park. If you have a chance to stay here and don't, you're really missing a wonderful experience.

We loved staying at Mermaid Manor! The ocean was in our front yard - views are incredible. We had everything we needed for our stay - the house was well-stocked. Beds were super comfy. We would stay here again!

Mermaid Manor was absolutely fabulous! The house was exactly what was described and it was so clean, comfortable and well stocked. Our kids had a blast being able to be on the beach just walking out the back door and walking over the private walkway. Shannon was a wonderful host and was quick to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be returning hopefully multiple time throughout the next few years.

We loved the Mermaid Manor. The location to the beach is one of the best. The house is well stocked with kitchen necessities, plenty of beach towels and linens. We enjoyed the decks on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Shannon was very responsive to questions prior to and during our stay.
