Welcome to Casa Feliz, a detached house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms situated a 90 second walk from the beautiful Blue Flag beaches of Puerto de Mazarron. Located in El Alcolar, the house is a 90 second walk from the Paseo Maritimo where you will find restaurants, bars and shops ; everything is on your doorstep but the house is in a quiet, residential location. Unlike many areas, El Alcolar has plentiful on-street parking and it’s location means you can get around without a car…. Casa Feliz sleeps 6 people comfortably. The house is on 2 levels, surrounded on all sides by a walled, tiled patio which means that there is always an area of external shade even in the height of Summer. There is also a spacious roof terrace with fabulous views across the Bay of Mazarron. This view is beautiful by day and absolutely stunning at night when it comes alive with the lights from La Azhoia to El Faro…. Inside the house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have king-size beds whilst the third has bunk beds. The bunk beds comprise a double below and a single above. Bedding is provided. All bedrooms have windows with shutters, modern ceiling fans and ample wardrobes. The main bedroom has the benefit of air conditioning. Upstairs there is a full bathroom including bath with shower over, sink, toilet and bidet. Downstairs there is a shower room with shower cubicle, sink and toilet. Towels are provided as are bathroom essentials. Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen / living room which has the benefit of air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob, electric fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and plenty of cooking utensils. A kettle, a toaster and kitchen essentials are included. A washing machine and washing line can be found outside. The living area is bright and comfortable with plenty of seating and a well-stocked library ( English books only!). There is a large smart television which receives UK Freeview channels. Two modern ceiling fans also help to keep the room cool in Summer. There is a dining table and chairs although in Summer why not use the huge outside table and eat al-fresco? There is fibre optic internet. The house is fully legal and licensed through the Murcian Tourist Board.
