Situated in a quiet area in a strategic point on a typical cobblestone street in Trastevere, just some steps from amazing via Giulia, Villa Farnesina (with amazing frescoes of Raffaello), Palazzo Spada (with Borromini's perspective), picturesque Campo de'Fiori, magic Navona Square, Pantheon and S.Peter. Apartment of 70 sqm is located on the ground floor of a building on two floors with independent entrance. *The lower floor* an independent kitchen fully equipped by stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, Italian moka, microwave, kettle, everything for to cook & serve. *Upstairs* Large and bright living open space with dining table up to 4 Comfortable sofa bed ( single bed ) Flat screen Tv Two soundproof large windows. *Bathroom* Shower box, Bidet, Washing Machine, Bright Large Window *Master Bedroom* Kind size bed with memory foam mattress Big Mirror Wardrobe In all the house there is Air Conditioning, Free Wi-fi, Marble floors. *A few steps from the bus stop n.60 and n.40 (Piazza Venezia or Termini station), bus 23 (San Pietro) and 280. *Various services such as: supermarket, Piazza San Cosimato market, hospital, bank, post office, bars and restaurants are just a few meters away from the apartment. 之前定的酒店条件太差，临时决定更换，凌晨一点预定了这个民宿，房东第二天一早就帮忙安排了行李寄存，并亲自迎接我们，还帮我们把行李从寄存地点送到了公寓，大赞！！公寓干净，宽敞，公交便利也在市中心。美中不足是公寓周围是石头铺的路，不利于拖行李，且非常难打车。另外清洁费是不包含在房费里的哟，需要付现金，房东有在守则里说明，注意观察～

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Trastevere! Von der Wohnung aus ist alles fußläufig in kurzer Zeit erreichbar, ob Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Restaurants und Bars. Die Wohnung selbst liegt herrlich ruhig und bietet die nötige Erholung nach einem ereignisreichen Tag in der Stadt. Uns hat es in der Wohnung an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Ekaterina und Elena war von Anfang an hervorragend. Insbesondere die flexible Handhabung mit dem Ein- und Auschecken war sehr zuvorkommend. Die schwere Eingangstür war anfangs eine kleine Herausforderung, aber später hatten wir den Trick raus.

Our stay was nothing but fantastic. The location was private and quiet but easy to get to the local palazzos down the street. The space was more than large enough for my partner and I and made us feel at home. The hosts were very responsive and helped ensured our stay was enjoyable.

The apartment is located behind Lungotevere Farnesina. It is very close to the Botanical Garden of Rome, located at the slopes of the Janiculum Hill, in the ancient park Villa Corsini which used to be Christina of Sweden’s residence. At present the Botanical Garden contains 3000 plant species and it also hosts exhibitions, courses, conferences, symposiums and highly specialized ecological researches about the urban environment.
In via della Lungara it is possible to visit Villa Farnesina, one of the most sophisticated and harmonious building of the Italian Renaissance, a great work in which the architectural project and the pictorical decoration merge in a unique, incredible synthesis created by the architect Baldassarre Peruzzi. The villa is decorated with frescos inspired by classical myths painted by great masters like Raffaello. The villa is today the seat of the Accademia dei Lincei.
It is easy to reach all the monuments and attractions of the city by feet as well as by bus like Piazza Navona, Piazza del Campidoglio, the Colosseum, Arch of Constantine, the Imperial Fora and Piazza Venezia. Shopping lovers can continue on via del Corso and reach via dei Condotti, Piazza di Spagna and via del Babuino, where the most sophisticated boutiques of the city are.

From Airport take the shuttle bus .Terravision in 40min (€4) you are on station Termini, take Bus n.40 (direction Borgo Sant'Angelo) and get off on 5th stop Chiesa Nuova, walking 2 min. to your home. ( bus ticket €1,50) 10 'min walking and you are at home! ( bus ticket €1,50).

Living in Trastevere is a unique experience, this is neighborhood still true with a workshop of craftsmen, traditional Roman trattorias, churches, and with a real roman people who seems to be a straight out of a Fellini film. Trastevere is able to a certain time, to transform and become one of the neighbourhoods of Roman nightlife with a small bars, lights and atmospheres, while remaining district for a romantic walk and relax, giving for us more intimate Trastevere. And here that i have my apartments, just a step away from everything, but each with their own intimacy that can give you everything you need. Would like to transmit to my guests this magnificent experience that this place can make you live! There is nothing more beautiful that wake up with the bells ringing, feeling the fresh smell of the coffee and exit early morning for explore still sleeping Trastevere. Or for a run lovers even less, to see one of the most beautiful spectacle in the world, the Gianicolo and him fountain, with the Rome under your feet, clear sky and the horizon that lost in the architecture.
