Beatrice is great host. The location is perfect as it is a beach front property. The house also is stunning with all facilities. Location is prime with amenities and great restaurants nearby. The only thing we would want to say is that being at prime location, you may hear the noise from streets at night. Beatrice provides white noise cancellation machines which can help light sleepers.

We stayed at Beatrice’s condo for two weeks. It was very nice, and we would do it again. Her unit is modern, spacious, light, airy and spotless. The views are breathtaking - better than the pictures. The beach is outstanding. Communication was professional, responsive, and prompt. We were provided extensive information regarding local services. The unit is well stocked. The washer and dryer were a great convenience. The pool was spacious, clean and well maintained. The building itself is about 50 years old and shows its age in some of the common areas and hallways. In contrast, the actual condo itself is very much updated and modern. We had no concerns regarding safety. The three bedrooms all face the street, and street, bar and even airport noise can be an issue at night. Beatrice kindly has white noise machines in each bedroom which help. Even better, in my experience, were foam ear plugs. Recommended. All in all, we enjoyed staying here, and as noted, would do it again.

Def rec this beautiful condo on the beach. Bedrooms face a very busy street so be prepared for party noise and use the sound machine proivided. Beach and pool are incredible, lots of good food within walking distance.

We had a great stay and Beatrice and others were very responsive to all our questions. Highly recommend this place, lots of space, very clean, great for a family. Beach was great, warm water and great for swimming, very safe for kids. Only flaw was the noise from across the street at night but there were noise canceling machines in each room which helped.
