The place was clean, and the location is extremely great, it is just located opposite the Sunway Velocity Mall, it just around 2mins walking distance to the mall. If you have more than 1 vehicle, the management did provide visitor parking, but is very limited. You can see many vehicles parked outsite of the building (especially on the road side) due to the limited visitor parking. There are some incidents during our check-in, we left a review for the host. Hope that it can be improved. Overall the place is good.

Overall a very pleasant and delightful stay with Unimax’s units. I stayed in two units and they are of different cleanliness levels. I guess it depends on your luck which unit you get. What I liked : 1. They are very generous in providing good appliances such as microwave, stove, 1 pot and 1 pan, washer + dryer and also the water filtration system attached to the tap. 2. Good location - literally a big elegant mall at your doorstep. Very convenient to get foods and for shopping! 3. The building is very new so you get to see many untouched surfaces. It’s bright, clean and safe. 4. Fast response from the hosts! They went the extra mile to accommodate our requests which we appreciated a lot. They worked in a synced team. 5. Very easy check-in. 6. Tastefully designed interior, good lighting, spacious and warm. What I hope could be better 1. More toiletries such as handwash and toilet rolls. 2. Bathroom and kitchen cleanliness could be improved. 3. The parking is at level 5 making mobility a little difficult. It would be so much better if we could use some of these empty spaces at level 1 /2. I will definitely come back if they maintain such efficiencies!
