Apartment with two double bedrooms for 4 people (2 adults + children over 10), in a 1920s villa, recently renovated in a modern style. Independent entrance, corner/kitchenette and bathroom/shower (disengaged for both bedrooms), private green patio, the garden of the Villa can be used. Breakfast service, only on request, at least 2 days in advance and payment at check-out The location of the unit, equidistant from Arona and Stresa (the two main tourist centers of Lake Maggiore) and the proximity of 3 beaches that can be reached in a few minutes on foot, and of Sporting Lesa, right next to us (with 2 swimming pools, tennis, gym and bar/restaurant) make its location particularly appreciated by guests. In the apartment there is a kitchenette with electric plates, fridge, microwave oven, sink with hot and cold water, electric extractor. In the bathroom/shower there is a dehumidifier and an air extractor.

Excellent séjour à Lésa. Enrico est un hôte d'exception, serviable et très attentionné. Connaissant parfaitement sa région, il nous a toujours donné de très bons conseils pour les visites. Ses petits déjeuners méritent largement 5 *****, délicieux et toujours servis avec beaucoup d'élégance. Le logement situé à proximité du lac est calme, bien conçu. Les deux chambres sont spacieuses, la literie impeccable, la déco personnalisée lui donne beaucoup de charme. Le jardin est agréable et reposant. La place de parking dans le jardin est un vrai plus ! Bref location à recommander sans hésitation !

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig zum Lago Maggiore. Die "Küche" war klein, aber mit allem Notwendigem ausgestattet. Enrico war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem: top! Vielen Dank; gerne wieder! Ganz herzlich, Eva und Liv
Nous avons été ravis de séjourné chez Enrico, c'est un hôte très gentil et attentionné qui nous a indiqué plein de belles choses à découvrir dans les environs. Le gîte est au calme dans une ville très pittoresque et authentique.

The residential area where the villa is located is peaceful and quiet, characterized by numerous private gardens. The beaches are within walking distance, and are equipped with showers. Next to the villa there is the Sporting Club with a restaurant, tennis courts, an Olympic-sized swimming pool with a 5-metre diving board and a children's pool (open only in the summer months)
Usually the traffic flows well on the roads in the area in all seasons and parking is easy to find. Near the villa there are complete transport services (train, bus, taxi). a few minutes by car you can rent sailing and motor boats. Bicycles can be rented in Arona and Stresa
