This person name is not the correct name which the people at the destination (house) do not know him. There was a confusion when we mentioned the name Andy. Because his real name is Andenet. Our major problem was he did not gave us the right contact person name and phone number at the arrival. Due to this we spent half a day locating the house. Even after we found out the house informally by the help of others no one was ready to apologize their being secretive and unfriendly customer handling. He is not the real contact person but the owner who lives somewhere, probably in the USA. I don’t think he is legally registered house for airBnB because everything is secretive (not easily identifiable building). We were completely disappointed by the the so called ‘contract person’. It is a fake identification.

I had a nice stay at Andy’s place. It was easy to communicate with Andy and the staff was friendly. They were always ready to accommodate to my needs. Just the kitchen needs some more items and the living room was a bit smaller than I thought. Other than these, I liked the place. Thank you, Andy for being great host!

I got to Andy’s place after a unfortunate experience with another host and the space was exactly what I needed- clean, safe, well furnished, and private. I appreciate Andy and Hareg’s communication, friendliness and assistance. I hope to stay there again when I return :)

We had a great 5 weeks at Andy's place. The word 'luxury' might take it a bit far as the place is nice and comfortable but not luxurious. It was very empty and we asked Andy to equip the kitchen a bit more. But there is a cleaning service as well as laundry service. The location around Summit is great with many restaurants and bars within a 5min walking distance. The staff in the building is very nice and helpful. We would come back.

We enjoyed staying at Andy’s. Nice quaint place in the heart of town, with an excellent view of the city and spacious
