We were looking for a place that we could break away and just absorb the ocean environment. Large windows overlook the ocean from almost every area of the place. The apartment is located at a higher elevation and is higher than the neighbors, so it is private and free from others looking in. You are walking distance to a great beach. Lots of great restaurants that are close, less than 10-15 minutes drive. We opened the massive sliding doors and just enjoyed listening to the crash of the ocean, while sitting on a couple comfy reclining chairs. We spent most of the time on the balcony or with the living room sliding doors open while reading on the sofa (we did watch some tv on a great large screen tv). The fireplace was a nice option. I had a video conference and was able to sit at nice workspace with a monitor in the front entry. Great Wi-Fi throughout the entire residence. Super clean and very nice finishes throughout the entire place. Great appliances. We'll definitely be back.

Heath's place is among the nicest AirBnB's we've stayed in. Beautifully appointed, great views of ocean and hills. The kitchen is amazingly well equipped and stocked and drawers are labelled to make finding things easy. We loved our stay and are looking forward to returning.

Heath's place is by far the best place I've stayed in the area. View is amazing, so is the home. Bed in master bedroom is adjustable! Place was immaculate. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in Montara! Heath was thoughtful enough to offer an early check in, as we were arriving during a storm. But, what a lovely place to sit out a storm, with the warmth of the fire and views of the high surf and weather moving across the hills. The space is beautifully designed, comfortable and spotless, with great amenities. Highly recommend!!! P.S. Great dining at La Costanera in Half Moon Bay.
