La ubicación es confusa para llegar. Había orines de mascota en una recámara, no hubo internet, ni TV. El agua caliente no estuvo disponible hasta muy tarde y porque tuvimos que hablar para solicitar que prendieran los calentadores. En las regaderas no sale bien el agua y además se encharca. El ruido de los perros en la noche es insoportable, no dejan dormir. Materia fecal de perros en el jardín.

1.- There were not a smooth check-in since security guards were not aware of our arrive. Besides of sending the information requested by the host in advance. We lost half hour to the facilities access. 2.- The firt day of our arrival, the pool was completely dirty and we lost 3 hours to use it while waiting response from the host and the cleaning of it. 3.- The place in Airbnb lists a pool table. However, the sticks to play it are not suitable. You hit the balls directly from the wood of the sticks. This is like offering raquets but with the net broken. The pool table in this conditions should not be listed so guests can take the better decision when booking. 4.- The place shows courts to play. However, they are not possible to use after 7pm due to the lack of lighting. There is a small light used to light the whole field and courts which is useless. la casa está tal cual se muestra en las fotos, esta limpia y grande, el chico que te recibe es amable, es un fraccionamiento seguro y lindo. regresarían sin dudarlo
