It is not possible to drive over to the island, but there is free parking on the mainland, 200 meters as the crow flies from the cottage in the "southern village" Sætre. There is also a guest harbor here. It will only take you 5 minutes to get over to the island. In Sætre you will find, among other things, a liquor store, pharmacy, shopping center, several restaurants and outdoor seating.
