The apartment, located on the 8th floor, is fully furnished with modern bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. Spacious Living area with patio to unwind. The apartment is very well ventilated with a constant flow of breeze coming in from the open surroundings with lots of greenery and the meandering Hooghly river which will make your stay very comfortable even in the peak of summer. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and all amenities. The place is 45 mins drive from the Central Business District. The eighth-floor apartment has three bedrooms dedicated to Airbnb with attached/private bathrooms. This room has a queen-size bed with an en- suite bathroom right outside the room. All the rooms are well furnished with clean bed linen, pillows, duvet etc. The rooms have Lockable storage space. The bathroom has fresh clean towels and hot water, shower gel etc. The rooms have A/C, a hot kettle with Tea/Coffee sachets and Wi-Fi, Television with Amazon Firestick offering movies and TV Shows for free on Amazon Prime. There is a big balcony attached to the Living/dining room with an unhindered view of the Hooghly river. It’s your Home away from Home All rooms are immaculately clean, with fresh sheets, a mosquito repellant, and have AC. You don't have to worry about bugs, stains, etc. I've traveled extensively and know these little things count :) -Host is phone call away to guide you throughout. -Hot and fresh vegetarian breakfast is provided every day and is complimentary for all guests -Other meals can also be provided with a nominal charge -Laundry services are also provided at a nominal charge. -- Cleaning is done every day. We request our guests to leave the room open so that the cleaning can be done. There are no charges for that. The apartment has all the basic amenities and the building has two elevators servicing the floor and 24*7 power/water supply. The apartment is away from the noise and pollution of the city yet close to all the major city landmarks viz. Park Street 14 kms, Dalhousie Square 17 Kms, Howrah Station 18 Kms, Airport 28 Kms. There are several Banks, ATMs, grocery stores, shopping, and chemists within 2 kms of the Apartment. Major city Hospitals are within 14-15 kms(20 mins drive) Public Transport – - Mini bus stops are within 1 km from the house ,just 500 meters from the house. Autos are also readily available - Radio Taxis (UBER/OLA) are available 24/7 ★★ Safety And Security - - 24/7 security personnel at the main entrance - What you see is what you get. No surprises. Other things to note There is a jetty very close to the building. If you are adventurous enough, you may choose to go for a ride on the Hooghly.
