You share none of the property with others. The fifth bedroom is its own casita located below the main house and accessed from the outside stairway. . If you want to rest and relax, you can sit on the balcony from the main family room and enjoy looking at the ocean, the beautiful ocean air and listen to the sounds of the waves. Or go upstairs to the master bedroom terrace on the very top, and take in the unforgettable panoramic ocean views all around. Details: The Main level includes an ocean view kitchen , a bathroom, living room with a balcony , dining area and most importantly -beautiful and amazing white water views The house is located in beautiful Oceanside, which is a convenient location--close to Carlsbad, San Diego and also Los Angeles. You can see Oceanside Pier from the home. The historical Oceanside Pier is one of the longest wooden piers on the West Coast. Take a leisurely stroll out over the Pacific Ocean, watch the surfers ride a wave, fishermen catch a fish, or grab a bite to eat at the restaurant at the end of the pier. You can also rent bicycles for the family and there is a wonderful park for the kids right on the beach too. This is an older home and family friendly. Although we would like to, We can not predict Mother Nature so we make no guarantees about the weather, the level of sand, waves, the amount of the sand and rock, or the appearance of the beach or access to the public beach. For swimming and long walks on the beach we suggest walking to the sandy beach areas by the pier. Please use adjacent public beach access point. During high waves, During storms and high tides water will splash over the seawall and erode sand in back yard.
