Great experience here! Had 16 guys on a bachelor party and there was plenty of space and sleeping options. The house accommodated everything amazingly. From the movie theater to the outdoor decks the whole weekend was a blast.

I'd give five star ratings across the board...and will do so without qualification for Ryan...he's a great host, however, there were a few things that knocked down the rating. The cleaning crew didn't do a very good job after the last tenant. The oven was a mess and there was dirt and dust evident. We had a couple of minor things go wrong that Ryan is going to address: the control for the left rear element on the cooktop would not work and the water dispenser in the Fridge failed about three days into our stay. Also, the barbecue grill needs to be torn down, cleaned, and some parts replaced. These things were really minor inconveniences and I can't say enough about Ryan being a great host.

Looking through the app trying to find a place that fit our needs was a bit overwhelming, as soon as I reached out to Ryan to ask some questions he went above and beyond and we knew we had to book our yearly family reunion in his beautiful home! Thank you Ryan for being a great host and letting us stay there. House is huge, lots of room and I would definitely recommend to others.
