This place was beyond perfect for us. We visited the preforming arts center for a concert and this location is just over a mile from there. It is also is convenient to the mall and many other great areas to visit. The location isn't it's only praise, the beds were amazingly comfortable and was nicely furnished. The quality of service was the best we have encountered using airbnd. The fees were very reasonable as were check out instructions and request. This great host is an example what airbnb should be. Although Evans, Ga is not a frequent destination for us. While here we found great restaurants, entertainment and shopping experiences worth making trips back for and rest assured (pun intended) we hope to land here again.

I really enjoyed my stay it was so peaceful the home was very clean I loved the home so much I stayed an extra day. The host responded very quickly to all of my question I would definitely stay here again!!!!!

We enjoyed our one week stay; Nice place with minor issues. Low water pressure; most times had to flush toilet twice to empty. While listed as "smoking allowed", smoking only allowed outside with doors and windows closed.

This was the perfect location for the Masters-only 15 minutes away, but far enough away from crowds. Very easy to find and comfortable accommodations for our family of four! Hedayat was extremely responsive and gave great instructions for checking in and checking out.

We have stayed multiple times at Hedayat's place - it's our go-to place when staying in Evans. The house is always spotlessly clean and has one of the best-appointed kitchens of any Air BnB we've stayed in. Check in and out is a breeze and Hedayat is always very responsive to our questions and requests. Would absolutely recommend staying here if you're in Evans.
