The neighborhood and the surrounding area is pretty sketchy. Inside the property, the cleanliness left much to be desired. Outside we found trash strewn about and the trash bins were full, overturned and spilling across the sidewalks. the curtains had noticeable stains. The bathroom was particularly off-putting and needs updating. the shower curtain beside the toilet had stains and discoloration that appeared to be from urine. In the master bedroom, there was a strong smell of dirty gym clothes, making it uncomfortable to sleep in. Given the issues with cleanliness, odor, and the area itself, we decided to leave after just one night, even though it meant forfeiting the remaining fees.

Great house, perfect for our family of 4. Quiet neighborhood close to main highways and about 10-15 mins from historic Savannah.

The house was just like the picture. The distance from river street was a very short drive . Only thing that we notice was the shower in the guest room was not draining well . The other bathroom was perfect. The beds slept comfortably. For the price during St Patty day weekend was a great price . Usually people overprice their homes but this home was definitely reasonable and worth every penny .
