Built in 2006 this property on .57 acres has been passed through the family and recently converted into available spaces for rent. Your suite is one of six spaces we have available. 7 mins to West Asheville, 10 mins to downtown, 25 minutes to the Biltmore Estate, several hikes, natural river rock slides, waterfalls and more! Your tiny home is at the top of the hill. Wooded shared backyard and firepit to enjoy. There are many berry bushes and edible landscaping, and we have over 10 types of birds that visit our property on a regular basis. We are a pollinator garden and certified wildlife habitat so we do not use any pesticides or herbicides on our property, so it is safe for your pets and the wildlife! Pet friendly. Dogs live on site, please check in with hosts about using the backyard if your dog is especially reactive. COMPLIMENTARY on-site cedar barrel sauna Your hosts live on site. Loved our stay. Quiet, clean and comfortable.
Very cute place. Elena was absolutely wonderful. Gave my dog a big treat at check in and let her dogs play with my husky in the backyard! Tiny home was very cute and clean, and Elena gave wonderful recommendations. LOVED the fenced in backyard for my dog. Bed was also very comfy. Some amenities in our unit did not work well, however. Hot water in our unit was down (Elena offered to use a shower in one of the other units to get hot water which was nice). Additionally the WiFi didn’t work and sauna would not heat up. The latter could have been user error but I would just verify with Elena or the owners how to turn on the sauna. All in all it was a very enjoyable stay, but we would have appreciated the amenities working as intended. I imagine they’ve got these small items squared away by now given it was a newer air bnb.
The host, Elena, was very nice. The shed conversion/ tiny house is nice. However, the grounds are very unkept, and there are piles of trashbags lying around the property. **The shower had no hot water, and after reaching out to the host, all I got was an apology for the inconvenience-- one that basically makes the experience equal to camping.** The various surrogate hosts seem to live on-site and one, who was driving too fast, almost ran me over in the driveway. Avoid.

We are blessed with a laid back setting, surrounded by green views and the perfect distance to be close to the city, but without all of the noise and bustle. Sometimes you can even hear the neighbors horses or chickens across the way.
West Asheville has seen many changes and has livened up the past several decades and become and fun and eclectic place with close restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and interesting businesses.
We live in West West Asheville - about 10 minutes to downtown, 7 minutes to West Asheville, and 30-50 minutes to countless mountain trails and hikes. Getting a lyft or Uber into town costs about 10$. We wouldn't recommend walking anywhere as the road is quite windy and has little shoulder.

If you have your own vehicle, We have six different Air B & B Suites, each with its own special parking space. If you have an additional vehicle, we have more parking to the right in the gravel lot as you come up our driveway.
Additionally Natalie and her partner Luke live on site and will be available if you need anything during your stay.
