Even though at the booking stage there was some minor glitches as the host was in the middle of transitioning to a new booking system, the hosts (James, and Arrive & Thrive) have been always very helpful and communicates well during my stay. The house is perfectly located close to Palo Alto downtown, Whole Foods, and Town & Country village, is spacious, beautiful, very quiet, very clean, newly renovated, and full of convenient and thoughtful amenities! The pillows were too high (around 9-10") for ergonomics, but a trick that I used that other guests can use too, is to wrap the bedrooms' window seats' pillows (about 5-6" high) with the pillowcase. Would be great if different pillow heights can be provided (5-6" seems the standard across places I have stayed in) since a good night sleep is very important esp. for business trips. Other than that everything is perfect! Would happily stay again in the future!

This was a fantastic place for our family of four to perch for a week in Palo Alto. We enjoyed access to restaurants and shops in downtown PA (10 min walk) and SF (15 min walk to Caltrain). The house was well-equipped with everything from pots and pans to printer paper. It was organized and clean throughout. The renovated kitchen was enjoyable to use. The host James was a proactive communicator and customer procedures were very thorough. We'd definitely stay here again.

I had a delightful stay at the house in this exclusive neighborhood. The house was absolutely perfect and had everything I needed for my 19-night stay. From a waffle machine for breakfast to a rice cooker for dinner, I had all the necessary appliances to prepare my meals. I even had the opportunity to bake cakes and cook various dishes using over 25 different herbs and flour available in the house. Additionally, the house had an impressive collection of books. Although my stay was too short to read all the books I had shortlisted, I appreciated having access to such a diverse selection. I would like to express my gratitude to James, our host. Arrive and Thrive, for providing such a wonderful accommodation experience. I genuinely fell in love with this house and the overall experience. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again in the future.
