Our stay at Matthew’s place was good. Had everything we needed. Matthew was a great host and communicated with us as soon as we checked in. Loved the deck with the lights. Very comfortable place. Close to the gulf and had a lot of good restaurants close by. The only downside was the step’s going into the place. They were a little steep. Overall we would stay there again.

Rock Island Beach is a quiet sugar white sand beach town in Florida’s gulf coast. Matthew’s place was very comfortable, extremely clean, and an easy walk to the beach. The balcony area was equipped with comfortable furniture and a pleasant spot grab sun while reading or enjoying morning coffee! I had a super relaxing visit.

The location was perfect - in a nice neighborhood only a few blocks from the beach and restaurants. The private deck was very comfortable and everything was well lit at night. The condo was well appointed. Both nights were very quiet. Matthew was very responsive and proactively provided clear instructions for entry. I hope to come back!

A great little quiet place and a friendly and responsive host. Our first time in Indian Rocks Beach and we found it peaceful and nice, less frantic than some of the other beach places we have stayed. Matthew’s place was very nice and we spent several afternoons sitting on the back deck. We had an issue with flickering lights in our place, but Matthew resolved it ASAP. Great place and great trip.

We had a perfect stay at Matthew’s place. The area is great and so close to the beach. Matthew is a wonderful host, when we had some issues with the fridge, he managed to solve it right away. His communication and hospitality is exceptional. We’re gonna come back for sure.
