A lovely Garden Chalet with views of the sea from the Living Room. There is one Double Bedroom with an en-suite Shower Room. You can park next to Chalet and guests can use the Summer House in the Front Garden. You can see the sea & Snowdon from the Front Garden and Aberdesach Beach is only 7 minutes walk away (0.4 mile). This is a peaceful location to relax and use as a base as you explore the Llyn Peninsula and Snowdonia. Great place to come with your bikes and paddle boards! Garden Chalet is a ground floor property and is located in a big peice of land on the other side of the road to Aberdesach Beach. The owner of Garden Chalet lives on site and will be around to help you if you need help during your stay. There are 3 rooms inside of Garden Chalet: The Living Room has views over the garden and towards the sea. This room has two sections. On one side of the room is a 2-seater sofa, armchair, dining table with 2 chairs and a flatscreen Freeview TV mounted onto the wall. On the other side of the room is the kitchen, in the kitchen area is a electric hob and oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. The Bedroom is small room and has Double bed, 2 bedside tables and light and a wardrobe. There is no sea views from this room, however, it has an en-suite shower room. The en-suite Shower Room has a shower room, toilet and a hand wash basin. Patio Area: There is a private patio area next to Garden Chalet. This area is not enclosed, there is a path that leads from where you park to the patio area with no gates. Front Garden: Guests are able to access the Front Garden and use the Summer House. The front garden is shared withe owner of Garden Chalet who lives on site. Inside the Summer House are two two comfy chairs which guests can sit back and enjoy the sea views. From the Garden you can also see Snowdon! PARKING: Private drive to the chalet with ample parking. BEDLINEN: Yes, included. TOWELS: Yes, included. HEATING: Full gas central heating. PETS: The owner of Garden Chalet only allows 1 small dog at her property. This is because it is a small house and we would not recommend big dogs to stay here due to the lack of space. Internet: Yes, there is Wi-fi at the Chalet. However, please be aware that due to the remote location the Internet speed is not fast here. We would not recommned guests who need the intrenent for work or want good internet to stay at Garden Chalet. PLEASE NOTE: This property is not suitable for children or infants because the bedroom is compact and there is no room for a cot in Chalet. Neither is there room for high chairs or pushchairs in the living room. Charging of Electric Vehicles is not allowed at the Garden Chalet. The closest public electric charging point is at Morrisons Car Park in Caernarfon (9.2 miles away - 16 min drive).
