Nice little place suitable for my needs as a place to stay while I worked near Temple Meads. Nice and clean, with everything you'd need for a short stay and a handy little binder of info. The only thing I would say is that the bedroom only has Venetian blinds which did not block out much light in the mornings, especially as the bed faces the window directly so I woke up rather earlier than I wanted daily with the sunlight

This place was quaint, but unfortunately quite dirty upon arrival. There were white stains all over the sofa and cushions, and the floor was black with filth that stained our socks. I stayed with my 2 children and did not feel comfortable by the dirt that surrounded us. The doorway is extremely narrow, so I had to dismantle my double buggy every single time upon exit or arrival, which was a completely unnecessary struggle added to an already difficult time away... The cleaning fees are extremely high but it doesn't look like any kind of professional cleaner has ever seen the place. The lady I communicated with was wonderful. She was so lovely and responded rapidly to messages. She was very helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend this place to a couple or single traveller, but it's not necessarily a place to bring your children. Unfortunately the high chair was also filthy, covered in old food that I had to wipe off before placing my baby inside.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment! It was very close to the bus station so the city was always easy to reach. The items provided are very extensive, which we very much appreciated! (Laundry Tabs for the washing mashine!) The only thing that bothered us a bit is that the floor was rather dirty - we assume that everyone just walks in their shoes in the apartment which we personally weren‘t used to. It was also rather loud since the apartment is on a busy street and you hear the traffic all the time. However, we still managed to sleep very well as it didn’t turn out to bother us as much. Other than that we enjoyed our stay a lot and would recommend this apartment!
