The place was as described, but the area was not safe at all. I had to wait for my husband to arrive because people walking/living on the street wouldn’t leave my daughter and I alone.
We enjoyed our stay at Ayana’s very much. It was lovely, comfortable had all the amenities and was near where we needed to be. We will plan to stay there again in the future when we need to be in Baltimore!
Ayana’s listing was exactly how it was described. Look just like the pictures, I was definitely please with that. Although the neighborhood looks very sketchy. Parking was great found parking right outside of the place. The only problem I had was when I first arrived I had to clean both bathrooms it was extremely dirty left over hair was in both of the tubs I was disgusted tbt. Ayana have a cleaning fee so Im confused on why the bathrooms was left the way they where. There was no trash bags besides the ones in the bathrooms. There wasn’t even a trash bag for the kitchen. There’s only one hanger out of both closets to up your stuff. If you plan on watching movies make sure you have all your streaming on your phone to cast to the TV because Ayana only have Tubi everything else you will have to sign in using your own login.
A convenient location for a “home base” while checking out Baltimore. My husband, mother-in-law and I were in town to see a performance at the Lyric Opera House and everything we wanted to check out was no more than a 10 minute drive. The place itself was funky and fun and we all enjoyed our own private space having the two bedrooms with their on suite bathrooms.
Omg. This place is amazing. I enjoyed staying here. As soon as you walk in you get a comfortable vibe, like if you're visiting a family member's home. I literally have no complaints. The neighbor downstairs was extremely helpful, he even brought my bags upstairs and gave helpful advice about the neighborhood. Between the couch and the toilets i couldn't tell you which i enjoyed more. Anytime i travel back to Baltimore i will check their availability first. Oh! So convenient to Penn Station about 7 minute away. Photos does it no justice youvhave to experience it yourself.
