very clean place with great size, accommodated our group of 9 people very comfortably, reasonably priced. very satisfied with our stay. hosts were proactive and provided all the necessary instructions for checking in ahead of time.

This is the third time we’ve stayed with these hosts and the first in this particular house. Themed bedrooms were fun. Kitchen was nicely updated. Just a reminder that twin beds may not be long enough for taller adults, but that was our issue for not remembering.

The house is as advertised and the primary reason it is only four stars is that for a house that has five bedrooms there is hardly any living spaces. So if you are using it for sleeping quarters it would be fine, but read the house rules, and there are many. For instance, no shoes allowed in the house, so you would expect there to be persian rugs everywhere, but it is basically just vinyl plank flooring. No eating anywhere but the dining room, but the dining room only seats 6 people in a house with 5 bedrooms? The living room, which is on the second floor would seat four comfortably, so don't expect to watch much on the TV. The kitchen is the least equipped kitchen we have ever encountered in a house of this size. No dishwasher and a limited number of plates and utensils, so get ready to do dishes frequently.

Very comfortable stay, worked out perfect for our family group in town for the Bills game. Up & coming neighborhood with very good restaurants, bars & coffee within walking distance. Hosts were very friendly and proactive. Street parking was not the most desirable but we were able to unload for a short period in the driveway.
