Expect a long to do list/check out list before you check out from this place..The hosts charged a 200 dollar cleaning fee but he also expects for you to clean the house before you leave…The day I checked out I had to wash the towels I used during my stay, I had to take out trash cans out to the curve, I had to wash dishes, cleaned counter tops, sweep etc on top of paying a 200 dollar cleaning fee. The sofa was very old and stained…I will never stay here again.

Comfortable and peaceful stay. Enjoyed our time there and hope to return again. Clean with all the necessities stocked and then some.

Nice home and very clean.. rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Communication with owner was great, he responded in timely matter. Easy check in and check out. I would definitely stay here again.

The house is nice and comfortable. However the cleaning fee is steep, which makes the final price almost twice as much as the advertised rent. This cleaning fee is considerably higher than other places I’ve rented across the country. Other than that, it is a good find.
