My husband, brother, sister-in- law and I were in Springfield to watch my niece canoe down the Connecticut River with her outing club from U Mass. This was a very convenient location for us. We enjoyed staying in Kate's house. The bedrooms were lovely and comfortable. Both bathrooms were spacious and very clean. The kitchen was fun to be in. Fully stocked. We cooked at home one night and ate at the Copper Fox the other (very good restaurant). I would highly recommend staying at Kate's house if visiting the area.

We flew in in the middle of a freak April blizzard. Kate was so accommodating and helpful in allowing us to switch our days due to the storm. The house is beautiful, bedrooms are large and comfortable. We had such a relaxing stay playing games and even working on a puzzle. We will def stay here again. My little granddaughter, who is 4, spilled some milk on one of the sofas. There was clear instructions on what do and notes that she has children and dogs and to not feel bad. Such a wonderful host.

We were very pleased with the location as it was midway between the mountains we wanted to Ski. The town was great. we were able to walk down the hill to the local movie theatre which was very charming. The house was very historic with modern updates and we enjoyed all the history of the location.

This place is wonderful. This is our second time staying here. The home is well kept, clean and homey feeling. Kate is so kind, responsive and very accommodating and flexible. I cannot recommend this beautiful home enough. This is our go to rental when we come back to visit family. Thank you, Kate, for letting us stay in your wonderful home.
