Probably the best airbnb I’ve stayed in so far. The place felt cozy. It has anything you could need and more. Incredibly clean. Very nice for long term stays !

This place was amazing for my short term stay. It had so much more than I was expecting (drying clothes rack, Tupperware, cups, plates, instapot). It was very nice having an outdoor area, gym, parking garage, mail room, and other amenities. I would definitely recommend it anyone staying in the area. If you’re not familiar with the area, it’s very close to Springfield and Alexandria. Sam was always very responsive and helpful through messages.

Place was absolutely perfect! I was intimidated by the checkin instructions at first, but they’re so well written that it caused me 0 issues. Space is spotless, spacious, thoughtful, and across the street from the main gate. Perfect for an extended stay with all the necessary amenities and then some. Sam and Karen were very helpful throughout, and checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. I would love to stay here again, thank you for hosting me!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for about 1 week, and we both really enjoyed the coziness of the apartment. It was clean and organized, and has all the basics you need to live here comfortably. It is close to a metro station, so access to DC is relatively easy. The neighbors were nice and considerate, and it was a private area. Samuel was open to any questions and feedback, and was helpful with explaining house rules. We enjoyed it very much, thank you!

Samuel was great at communicating with me through my stay, he made sure if I needed anything I knew that he was there. The place was beautiful, kept up very well, and he gave very clear instructions for check-in as well as check out.
