Wonderful apartment in an awesome location. The place was basically sparkling upon move in and I felt safe and secure the whole time.

We moved in and there is no washer. The ad does state that but it seemed a bit silly to be honest. The home smelled of smoke and it took them two days to get a ionizer in the house. Then the last 3 DAYS, the smoke alarm would go off for hours to the point where we would have to leave the house and come back hoping it stopped. We never smoked or even cooked in the house so it made no sense. We tried the buttons on the smoke alarm and they wouldn’t work at all. I had messaged them after 2 days and they said they would send somebody out. No one came. I’m really not impressed with this company. Everything else was fine but that really ruined the stay.

I’m not sure what went wrong with the smell in this house or why it smelled so heavily of weed/marijuana, but it was overwhelming, enough to cause headache and need to leave the next morning. We originally rented the place for 10 nights, but could only stay for 1 due to the putrid and overwhelming smell. Even with the issue, I was only offered a refund of $380 of the $1,150 I spent, for an issue that was theirs. Again, I booked 10 nights, could only handle 1 night of the 10, and the place is available for rent again, but this was the only refund I was offered. The place was cute and clean, the walk to the unit is long, so be prepared for that. Communication was great until I needed to leave.
