Talagang napaka acommodating po ni kuya Edwin, very thoughtful sa time niya despite kahit busy at laging umuulan sa Daet. And also he made sure talaga na safe and secure kami pauwi galing work. Thank you also for the discount. Nag enjoy po kami sa Dagat. Ang maganda sa host they allowed us to get in early sa bahay. Perfect to become super host. ⭐⭐🌟🌟🌟 Highly recommended. God Bless

Host’s property is really home-yy, peaceful and quiet and kuya edwin’s really accommodating and nice ❤️ i felt like I didnt wanna leave the place lol

The host is very responsive and always monitors us, she is making sure that everything is fine. Kuya Edwin and Ate Norma are always ready to assist us. Excellent communication indeed! This will be my regular Airbnb place in the Bicol area. I’ve been to so many Airbnb around the world but this one is highly recommended because of the host. They were very kind and accommodating. The place was comfy and had all the amenities we required. There is a walking distance affordable resto, 24 hours 7-11, and near the market. I will recommend this to our friends and family!

We stayed in Linlyn's house to go to Daet and Labo. We had our own private vehicle so going to Daet proper took less than 10mins. To go back to Labo, it took about 15-20mins. The house is near 7-11 but there was also a local diner that served home cooked meals. Walking distance or pay P10 tricycad. Everybody in the area was so pleasant and kind and the place is safe. I went home at about 9pm and the neighbors were willing to help me remember where the airbnb house was! We were greeted by Edwin the property manager on the 1st day and he made sure to ask daily if we needed anything. There is a rice cooker, induction cooker, ref with separate freezer door, a double bed, big sofa bed and double mattress cot. Plenty of pillows and towels were provided during our stay. There was also a water heater for coffee and tea. The bathroom was clean and water pressure is high! There is a carparking inside the property, just coordinate with Linlyn and Edwin in advance. They were the perfect host, they were very worried about us all throughout our stay and we appreciated their kindness and willgness to help. If I were to go back to the area, I would definitely book this cheerful, welcoming house.
