Logement parfait pour passer quelques jours à Minorque. Facile d’accès et bien placé pour visiter l’île.

The house was 1km away from the indicated location (1.5km from the beach). Pool access not complimentary. We contacted the host that replied that the location was approximate (1km?!) and that it was specified that the pool is managed by the restaurant (but not specifying that access is reserved to the Restaurant’s customers...) The house was dirty, noisy, shabby, with several missing amenities. On these minor issues, we might also have overlooked if the house had been in the correct location. We complained with AirBnB, that acknowledged a violation of T&Cs and gave us a partial refund. Only at the end of the stay (after AirBnB confirmed the refund) the host asked to meet us… as we refused, they threatened to report us to the police for “touristic abuse” unless we reduced the refund to a much lower amount (defined by them). This made us feel very uncomfortable and it was the most serious thing. We’ll get back to Menorca, but for sure we’ll stay away from this house and this host.

Es un alojamiento correcto en una buena ubicación. La comunicación con la empresa que lo gestiona ha sido muy buena. El aire acondicionado ha funcionado muy bien también. Lo peor para nosotros ha sido el descanso, pues hay gallos y gallinas por el recinto y a las 4am empiezan a cantar. Por otro lado, estaría bien ampliar y cambiar el menaje de la cocina (faltan cucharas, por ejemplo) y los utensilios de limpieza (como la escoba, recogedor, fregona). Tampoco nos hemos podido conectar a la red wifi ningún día, a pesar de confirmar con el anfitrión que los datos eran los correctos.

Buen lugar si buscas quedarte en Son Bou, pero la cocina muy corta de menaje y la piscina solo puede usarse si consumes en el bar.

Had a fantastic 10 days in Son Bou. Lovely apartment. Great location. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were marvellous! Definitely returning …very soon!
