The place was very comfortable and convenient to the things we wanted to do. The setting is gorgious and there is so much to do in Aspen/Snowmass. Morgan was very responsive and helpful.

The place is spacious! We had plenty of room and there was enough space where people could work remotely while others watched tv (many TVs!)or read or played. The Wi-Fi worked well. The beds are not quite as described or pictured but there are plenty of beds. There is only one king bed. The flights of stairs were difficult for our little ones in ski boots. It was our fault. We didn’t look closely enough to know there was no elevator and there are two flights of stairs. It would be nice to have some of the simple basics on arrival we’ve always found in other homes. Just salt and pepper would have been helpful. The kitchen has all of the basic equipment. The parking spot was easy and nice to have. The shuttle service was great also. The check in went well even though we were delayed and came in after front desk hours. We followed the easy instructions. Communication was excellent throughout. From the time we made our reservation until after our departure it was great!

This was a very comfortable place for our group. Lots of space including multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. The communication and checkin was flawless and easy. The location is convenient—right in Snowmass Village and close enough to Aspen. A couple of things to note—there are lots of stairs leading up to the condo. This was fine for us, but we were traveling with my parents (in their mid- late-70s) and this could have been very challenging if they were in any way disabled. The condo itself was comfortable but very hot and lacked small conveniences (for example, no salt and pepper in the kitchen, broken fan in one of the bedrooms). No big deal, but it’s the little details that can make the difference. The condo was tidy, but the carpet and furniture seem worn and in need of a deeper clean. Overall, a good stay, especially if you need to accommodate more people comfortably.
