This is the 4th time we’ve stayed in Breanna’s place. Love it! Love the amenities! Love the location! The apartment is clean and very comfortable! All instructions are very clear! Breanna is the perfect host. We look forward to staying at this location again!!

Location is centrally located in Irvine minutes from the Orange County Airport (SNA). The studio is spacious and comfortable.

Breanna is a great host, very friendly n responsive. The place is very modern, clean n safe. The garage is great. I’ll definitely come back again next time.

Excellent location in Irvine Business centre (not the one in the listing). Place was super clean and had soaps, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, salt/ pepper etc. I did not have the access to the pool, roof, gym or hot tub as the fob did not work. Brianna promised to drop off the one that works but never did. Unit is left unlocked and has absolutely no instructions (not even internet). You have to ask B. for every single thing (annoying) but she is very responsive. Check in was a complete nightmare for me because of the lack of instructions and misinformation. Tip 1: there is no cell reception in the 6 level garage, do not enter the garage before you get all the pictures and check in info from B. The real info starts coming when you find yourself next to the office building after following the address B. gives you a day before your check in. Tip 2: To open the garage door, drive up to the gate, stick your arm out the window and wave the card. Tip 3: pans badly scratched, bring your own

Breanna is a great host willing to help and always reliable. I was traveling with my mother a 79 years old and very picky. She was happy to find a beautiful and clean place. Thank you Breanna!
