It is bright & fresh - w/ new, clean bedding always. We keep our home clean & meticulous. Bed sheet & bath towel rental included in cleaning fee. 3 Bikes. Strict 10 person occupancy limit (incl.children over 1 yr), no exceptions. 3 Kings, 2 queens. Decks, grill, outdoor shower w/ shampoo/cond., soap, 5 new lrg smart tvs, 2 desks. BATH TOWELS & BED SHEETS rental fee included in cleaning fee. This is our happy place, although we really get to use it. The oceanfront pictures listed are un-edited and accurate images of our view. My home will be clean and welcoming upon your arrival, because it is mostly unoccupied. We do not allow more than 10 guests or pets as a very strict house rule and rent just 4-6 weeks a year; therefore, it’s not a tired rental. The location is right next to the walkway to the flat lifeguarded beach and one of the closest S. Bethany locations for walking to oceanfront dining and shopping in downtown Bethany.
