Great Location at Noble Refine, Sukhumvit 26 on the 23rd Floor. Stayed in January for a Month. Apartment is spaceous and stylish decorated. It was clean and comfortable for my one month stay. Good to know: - Even it is located on the 23rd floor, it is incredible noisy. The building is located in a „channel“. You can hear the people talking down the street. Also there are some constructions going on on the next building. - During my whole (1 month) stay, there was only one(!) elevator working. At rush hour, it can take you up to 5-10min to go to the Lobby. - Main Aircon is very loud. Aircon in Bedroom is quiet. - Parking Space and Garagre is available. - Pool is located on the 7th floor in a shadow area. No Sun. Only 1 sunbed placed at the poolside and mostly occupied. All in all, I can recommend to stay at this Condo if you like to have a cozy apartment at a top location in Bangkok and if you‘re not sensitive to noises or not looking for a Rooftop Pool or a well equiped Gym.

Stayed 1.5 months at Aekasith's place. Perfect for long term stay. Has washer + dryer, fast internet, good AC, really nothing to complain about. Lots of cheap and good food places nearby like rung rueang pork noodles, which is just steps away. 7-11 is also right outside of the condo. Emquartier and Emporium mall is also 5 minute walk away. Close to Phrom Phong BTS as well, about 300m. Would stay again due to close proximity to BTS, large size of condo, close to good food and coffee, and all amenities work great.

Love the space and location of the apartment. We extended our stay and will ne back. It's so convenient to walk everywhere. Great value.
