Our house of 250m2 is an old farmhouse renovated, bright and open to nature. You will be quiet, with a 180 ° view of the Pyrenees. Located south of Toulouse in Ariège, the village is located 5kms and offers all convenience. You will appreciate the 5 * 10m swimming pool,, the terraces, the barn for the barbecue and ping-pong. On the ground floor, a large kitchen open to the living room. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms. Our cat Manga loves caresses and sleeps outside. On the ground floor: all rooms open to the outside. The large bright kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster,...). The large living room is always cool in the summer because of the wide walls. There is a bathroom (with a sauna) and a separate toilet. Upstairs: a master suite with a bed of 160 and private access to a bathroom and toilet. Each of the other 3 bedrooms is with a bed of 140. There is a 3rd bathroom and separate toilet. You will find at your disposal board games, games for the little ones, books and comics as well as baby-foot. Outside, on a plot of 3000m2, there is something to take care of! ping-pong table, darts, balls and petanque games... The swimming pool, heated in summer is equipped with a regulatory alarm system and standards. An electric roller shutter will replace the bubble cover. The garden furniture and sun loungers await you to rest. The large barn allows you to barbecue all year round, to be sheltered while staying outside. 2 terraces (one to the north and one to the south) equipped with garden tables and chairs will allow you to choose your exposure. We put at your disposal hiking guides, maps, a book on tourist activities to do around. Accessibility: On the ground floor, there are 2 steps to go to the kitchen, and 2 steps to go to the living room. the accommodation is classified 4 stars in furnished tourism. Bed sheets and towels are provided and beds are made on arrival. You must bring your own bath towels. Cleaning is included in the price. We ask on arrival a deposit check of 500 € which will be returned to you at the inventory of places of exit. Ideal for one or two families.
