The apartment is strategically located by the main State road that provide easy access to tourist spot, lateral valleys and attractions.
Within the same residential complex and by the communal garden there is a well known restaurant - pizzeria.
Few metres ahead you have an organic supermarket (just on your right as you pass the petrol station)
A bigger supermarket is less than 5 minutes drive at Sarre (on the main State road - direction Courmayeur/Mont Blanc) with local products, gastronomy-delicatessen with ready fresh meals.
"Viale Conte Crotti" which is a commercial avenue with several shops, cafes, pharmacy is at walking distance (15 mins). From the main State road go towards the direction of Hospital / city centre take the 2nd road on your right (via Saint Martin de Corleans) continue straight on this road and you will come across the Megalithic area of Aosta / museum; continue for 5 minutes and on the right you will access to "Viale Conte Crotti".

The rear car park is available to our guests; there is a lot of space so you can freely park as there are no numbers or assigned bay. Please do not park on the front near the restaurant - pizzeria as those spaces are for their customers.
If you do not drive the nearest city bus stop is 5 mins away by walk at "Via Gilles de Chevrères" which can also bring you to the historical city centre (it stops also in "Piazza Chanoux" and train station as well). Once in the apartment in the Welcome Book you will find the directions and a map to easily find the bus stop.
For the historical city centre the closest access point is from "Piazza della Repubblica" (6 mins by car) . From there you can access to the pedestrian area that lead all the way through the centre passing "Piazza Chanoux", "Porta Pretoria" till "Arco di Augusto".
If you need to rent a car at the Aosta airport (Località Les Iles, 13 Saint-christophe AO) there are different rentals cars. In Aosta city centre at Corso Lancieri there are other companies as well.
Almost in front of the train station of Aosta there is a bus station for regional bus and for destinations outside Aosta Valley as well (flixbus also stop here).
Telecabine / "Gondola" Aosta - Pila is 6 minutes by car from the apartment.
Popular mountain spot and villages such as Cogne, Rhêmes-Notre-Dame, Pré Saint Didier (very popular for Spas and thermal water), Courmayeur are all reachable from the main State Road (SS 26) direction Mont Blanc and all within 35-40 minutes drive.
