It's a challenge to find the superlatives for Serge and his place. Serge responded to every communication in 5 minutes or less. Serge's place is everything in the pictures and description. Really nice place. Bathrooms were very clean and everything worked flawlessly. Shower water warms quickly. Washer and dryer are excellent. Time on the balcony is quiet and serene. Elevator is steps away from the apartments entrance. So is the elevator entrance from the (2) dedicated apartment parking spaces. Morning trash pickup is like clockwork. Air conditioners worked flawlessly. Serge and his place are the example of how hosts and their places should be. His place is one of the best, if not the best Airbnb experience I have yet through Airbnb. Thanks Serge.

Very elegant place, exactly how it was presented on the site. Spacious and very clean, felt right at home. Serge always responded very quickly and answered all of my questions. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the coffee shop downstairs on the corner, easy to enter and had all the comforts of home. I appreciated the filtered water from the fridge and air conditioner throughout the apartment.
