This was a great place, especially for families. The kids had a great time in the game room and it was very well equipped! The house was very clean and comfortable. Looked just like pics! Host was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Incredible stay, especially for large groups. Jason and Mariah's place was the perfect spot for our family trip up to the snow. Location, cleanliness, comfort, design and decoration were all A++. The kids loved the game loft and the adults loved the spa and views. Close to everything you could possibly need. Beds were super comfortable. And with 12 suites it's absolutely perfect for large family gatherings, corporate retreats, etc. Communication with the property manager was top notch, Nicole was very responsive and flexible with our needs. We highly recommend Jason and Mariah's property!

Our family came to Flagstaff for a wedding and found this amazing spot, within walking distance to town...just what we wanted! Thank you Mariah and Jason for providing such a well thought-out house. Each bedroom with its own bathroom is great for a group and also for getting ready for a wedding! Through the entire process we worked with Nicole, the business manager, and wow, was she excellent! Every time I reached out to her, she replied right away. When we arrived, she had a bottle of red wine on the kitchen island along with coloring books and crayons for the young kids in our group...they were even wedding themed. Spot on Nicole! The house is very cool. Industrial look along with that mid-west Rte 66 vibe with all modern conveniences. It has everything you need. Washer and dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each shower, blow dryers in each bathroom, everything we needed in the kitchen. There was a pack n' play which was a huge relief to my niece&nephew who have a one year old. And where do I start with the third floor? Two fire pits with comfy sofas, hot tub, gas grill and inside and amazing game room. So much fun! The house is on a busy road, but we did not even notice the cars going by....new windows doing their job. And when you are sitting by the fire or in the hot tub, you just see mountains, etc...like the road is not there. We had one small issue, I texted Nicole and she was there in 10 minutes and left us a bottle of wine for our inconvenience. If you are traveling, having great communication with the owners/manager is crucial and we really appreciated Nicole's response time! The dining room has a HUGE table, which we did not use. I am sure if you were in a group using all 12 bedrooms, that table would come in handy, but with our group of 10, the kitchen island and table next to it, fit us perfectly. It was fun to imagine coming back with more of our family, renting the entire house and making use of that huge table. 🙂.
